When you enter a name, location, or other query into a search tool on this site, that information is handled by the outside provider that powers the tool. We do not keep a separate local log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions

No Criminal-Record Data on File
This site does not maintain, compile, or sell criminal-record databases. It publishes routing information for Franklin County records held by the Sheriff's Office, Franklin County courts, Search ARCourts, Arkansas State Police, ACIC systems, and the ACIC Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or criminal-record files about third parties.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes that may appear on the site. Information submitted through those tools is governed by the partner's privacy policy, not this policy. The partner controls retention, matching logic, billing, and sharing practices for its own service.
Links to Other Websites
The site links to Franklin County offices, Search ARCourts, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, court-payment pages, legal resources, and outside search services. Once you leave this site, the destination site's privacy policy controls your visit.

Arkansas records access and criminal-history dissemination are governed in part by the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark.
