1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. It is independently operated and does not hold official criminal records. We cannot retrieve records, run Arkansas State Police background checks, correct ACIC data, or file court documents.

The site points readers toward offices and systems that may hold Franklin County information, including the Sheriff's Office, Circuit Clerk Janice King, district-court departments, Search ARCourts, Arkansas State Police, ACIC systems, and the ACIC Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also include third-party tools that may assist with general research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Use content from this site for any purpose regulated by the FCRA
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here, or through tools linked from here, may not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against any person. Registry information requires particular care. The ACIC Sex Offender Registry exists for lawful public safety awareness, and misuse of registry data may violate Arkansas law.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for FCRA-regulated eligibility decisions. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Make a decision that requires a consumer report
• Use criminal-record information outside lawful public-record purposes
• Bypass an official or legally compliant background-check process
• Represent this site as an official Arkansas or Franklin County record source
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

For any FCRA-regulated purpose, use a legally compliant provider and the official process required for that purpose. ACIC states that background checks are handled through Arkansas State Police, not ACIC itself.
